FRC Team 6429 | 4th Dimension

Engineering Projects Sub-Team Lead & Senior Java Programmer

Jan 2023 – Jul 2025 · İzmir

  • Progressed from Software Intern to Engineering Projects Lead — Java-based autonomous/teleop robot software, led the Poseidon project.
  • Led a 4-person Engineering Projects subteam within FRC Team 6429. The FRC team won the Engineering Inspiration Award at the 2025 FIRST Championship (Galileo Division) and was a FIRST Impact Award finalist in 2024. Its Haliç Regional results include the 2025 Team Sustainability Award and the 2024 Regional FIRST Impact Award.

At İzmir-based FRC Team 6429, engineering extended beyond the competition robot: shared learning, environmental projects, and access to STEAM across generations.

Beyond the competition field

Ask4ward

Developed an AI chatbot to support other FIRST teams through their award-essay writing process.

7'den 77'ye STEM

Taught robotics and coding to children at public primary schools in disadvantaged areas, bringing hands-on STEM learning into their classrooms.

STEM across generations

Brought the same outreach model to elderly care homes, making science and technology a shared learning experience across generations.

4D Exhibit

Showcased primary-school pupils' paintings, connecting artistic expression with science and technology through the STEM-to-STEAM approach.

4Dathon

Established a hackathon format where students tackled problems and competed through web development, turning their ideas into working projects.

Poseidon

Led the team's environmental engineering project. Its catamaran platform is designed to clean surface pollution in harbors, river mouths, and marinas, bringing together mechanics, electronics, programming, and AI.

Reported team-wide reach: approximately 4 million people across three years of projects and events.

05About

Curiosity is the common thread.

I’m a student at Bahçeşehir High School for Science and Technology in İzmir, working toward studying Computer Science. My work moves between medical AI, underwater sensing, robotics, and small ventures. I like the part where an idea has to survive contact with the real world.

I'm a student at Bahçeşehir High School for Science and Technology in İzmir, working toward a Computer Science degree. Over the past three years I've moved between applied AI research (medical imaging, marine edge-AI), robotics (FIRST Robotics Competition), and founding small startups (CrasAI, Cardo) — usually all at once. I direct ÇiçekliAI, one of Turkey's first high-school AI communities, and split most of my time between a Jupyter notebook and a pitch deck.
