01 / The question

How can a self-driving robot adapt its decisions to a changing course?

02 / My contribution

As CYBERRCORE’s team captain, I was responsible for the overall algorithms and led the team’s work for the 2026 competition.

03 / Competition context

  • WRO’s 2026 international rules describe autonomous driving on changing tracks, with open and obstacle challenges. The obstacle challenge includes coloured traffic signs and parallel parking.
  • The category connects perception, planning and steering control. Computer vision and sensor fusion are among its learning areas.
  • Engineering documentation and a public code repository are also part of the international judging. National organisers may adapt these rules.

04 / Outcome & recognition

2nd place in Türkiye — WRO Future Engineers 2026, with CYBERRCORE.
